Description Overview
BW Architect
(Allegan, MI) Coordinate data warehousing and reporting activities utilizing SAP HANA, BW and Business Objects applications. Partner with business users to develop highly effective and scalable data models which help analytics solutions. Develop and maintain complex user-level and technical requirement specifications and issue resolution for SAP HANA/BW applications. Design, development, maintenance, implementation, and support of SAP HANA/BW-based applications. Provide software architecture expertise for new development projects in support of our SAP Business Intelligence program. Apply data modeling skills using tools like BOBJ, SAC and PowerBI. Participate in all phases of technology development to identify business requirements and translate them into effective system designs. Research and implement technical standards for business systems, including software coding standards, tools and platforms.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or closely related technical field and five years experience implementing solutions with SAP Business Objects, SAP BW and SAP BI-based applications in the SAP BI/BW Consultant, Software Engineer, Consultant, SAP BI/BW/BO Lead Consultant or related position required. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
