Perrigo is looking to bring on a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Consumer Self-Care Americas (CSCA) Salesforce team. While the team is remote, there is an expectation to be available to come into the Allegan MI office when needed for meetings and projects (quarterly).

 

The Salesforce Business Analyst works on a dedicated Salesforce team, responsible for the management of an organization with 330 licensed users across Sales and Service Cloud. They will interact directly with users to support the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform for the CSCA Commercial teams. Responsibilities include implementing changes that support CSCA, such as the creation of reports and dashboards, configuration in Sales and Service Cloud, assisting with training and process questions, as well as user management changes. This position works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations team members, as well as other various cross functional groups.

Scope of the Role

  • Work with the business to develop an understanding of the Perrigo CSCA business model. Leverage this understanding to configure and manage a Sales and Service Cloud organization built to support the Commercial teams.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve support cases within Salesforce. Review incoming cases by actively working to understand the issues and providing guidance for resolution. Includes implementation of changes for reports or configuration. Responsible for managing assigned case pipeline to ensure timely resolution and escalating as necessary.
  • Support user management on the platform – including 330 licensed users across Sales and Service Cloud, and licensing for custom apps. Manage new user creation, changes to existing user permissions, and transfer of records/data as needed. Ensure accurate account assignments to reflect current account responsibilities.
  • Ensure administration changes and configurations are implemented without issue, following build, test, and deploy procedures to limit impact to the users. This will include updates to documentation as new functionality is added or processes are changed.
  • Execute standard and custom object configuration, workflow automation via workflow rules, process builder, and flow. Support third-party applications, including upgrades, questions, and changes, as well as identify new uses for existing apps, or recommendation of new apps to address cases.
  • Maintenance of organization management with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc. This includes keeping data up to date, and assistance with Accounts, Opportunities, and Campaigns.

Experience Required

  • A bachelor’s degree and typically a minimum of 4 years work experience required
  • Experience working in Sales and Service Cloud is a must
  • Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder Certification preferred
  • Must be able to work with users to understand key challenges and convert that knowledge into technical solutions via Salesforce platform offerings
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sales teams, with an understanding of sales lifecycle best practices and key account management responsibilities
  • Experience working on Agile teams preferred
  • Understanding of SAP functionality for supply chain management a plus
  • Some travel may be required (minimal)
