Compeed® is a global brand available in more than 25 countries. Its core business is focusing on Blister with a range of premium specialist blister plasters that relieves pain instantly thanks to advanced hydrocolloid technology. The expertise of the brand is expanding to other skin healing needs such as Cold Sores and Spots in order to provide instant relief and faster healing versus traditional treatments.

As Global Marketing Manager you will lead global category strategy implementation across European markets by developing the communications and media strategies to build brand awareness, consideration and conversion across multiple touchpoints.
You will be setting, driving and delivering net sales, market share and profitability for the categories globally and support implementation of brand strategy in white space to build scale.
This role includes working on product pipeline and lifecycle management that develops the future of the category.
Scope of the role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead your core missions will be to:
- Lead the development of consumer brand strategy that drives awareness, loyalty and share ahead of the market based on a clear vision and right to win.
- Support the implementation of global business and brand strategies which drive sales, share growth and profitability to target level.
- Support the development of the global assets for the brand / category based on differentiated positioning and motivating insights.
- Support the development of a global pipeline of products, launches and roll out plans that drive the category and brand growth based on unmet consumer needs.
- Build collaboration of brand thinking, strategy and plans across the global cross-functional team, the key markets and 3rd party business partners
- Lead consumer understanding for the category on an international basis identifying key consumer opportunities.
On the execution phase you will:
- Work closely with local marketing teams and distributor markets to ensure alignment and execution of global strategy.
- Facilitate sharing and adoption of best practice.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to implement global projects.
- Manage and lead the relationships with external agency partners to implement effective communication plans.
Profile
Holding a master’s in marketing, business administration, or related field, you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing mix, consumer insights and digital working in global organization.
You have also a proven track record of driving successful marketing activities in a complex matrix, managing, and influencing.
Essential skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners in an international environment.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels across the business and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Result-oriented and business minded
• Enthusiastic and resilient team player with a hands-on attitude, focused on solutions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to transform functional innovations into inspirational ideas and tell stories.
• Fluency in English is required
Permanent position with a hybrid work model based in Chatillon, next to metro line 13 & T6 tramway. This role can be also based in additional European location where Perrigo operates (UK, Ireland, Spain...).
