Description générale
The Export Brand Manager is a key member of the Export Cluster team, responsible for driving operational marketing excellence across Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America markets (exact market split to be defined).
This role focuses on bringing global category strategies to life through effective brand activation, distributor partnership management and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will combine strong execution capabilities with distributor collaboration expertise, ensuring consistent brand expression and market penetration across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes. Reporting to the Marketing Associate Director for the Export Cluster, this role is essential to accelerating growth in emerging markets through distributor-led models.

Brand Activation & Market Execution
• Implement global category marketing strategies across Export markets, adapting tools and campaigns to local market dynamics and cultural contexts.
• Ensure excellence in brand positioning and consistency of brand DNA across all markets and touchpoints.
• Lead operational marketing activities including communication, promotional tools, and e-marketing campaigns to drive distributor sell-in and sell-out objectives.
• Adapt marketing materials developed by Global Category Teams to meet specific Export market requirements.
• Monitor competitive landscape in collaboration with distributors.
Distributor Partnership & Collaboration
• Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for distribution partners across assigned markets.
• Support the assessment and onboarding of new distributors
• Validate distributor marketing strategies and activation plans, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training and education to distributor teams.
• Maintain continuous communication with local partners to gather market feedback and optimize execution.
Global Category Team Interface
• Represent the Export Cluster on Global Category Teams, ensuring Export market needs and opportunities are understood.
• Stay informed of global marketing strategies, campaigns, and 5-year plans across all categories.
• Consolidate market insights (consumer, customer, competitive) to support global strategy development.
Product Launch Management
• Prepare and execute new product launches in collaboration with Regional Commercial Managers
• Develop market entry plans covering target audiences, product ranges, distribution channels, packaging adaptation, and marketing tool development.
Performance Management & Budget Oversight
• Define and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with Regional Commercial Managers
• Track advertising and promotional spend, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance and impact on sales, recommending optimizations.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop and deploy activation tools.
Expérience requise
• Experience working in marketing roles where sales, trade marketing relationships, skills were required
• Knowledge of digital marketing mechanisms and e-commerce activation
• Ability to manage multiple projects, markets and launches simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional (physician and pharmacist) engagement is a plus
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence external partners
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken) essential; French, Arabic, Chinese are an advantage
