Description Overview

 

The HRIS Business Analyst will support global HR systems and solutions, focusing on day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, and assisting with upgrades and implementations. This role will partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are running smoothly and meeting business needs. The analyst will also contribute to documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts. 

Scope of the Role

 

  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing HR systems to support HR and business initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and IT to understand business needs and help evaluate potential solutions. 
  • Support system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and documentation. 
  • Help ensure data integrity and system quality through governance and security role maintenance. 
  • Respond to user inquiries and support tickets within defined service levels. 
  • Participate in system maintenance activities such as releases and issue resolution. 
  • Document system configurations, requirements, and dependencies. 
  • Support training efforts for HR system users and administrators. 
  • Stay informed on HR processes and how they integrate with HR systems. 
  • Learn and apply trends in HR technology through research, networking, and training. 
  • Contribute to project workstreams including configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment. 
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and external partners to support project goals. 
  • Assist with integration support between HR systems and third-party applications. 

Experience Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems support preferred. 
  • Competent in utilizing HRIS platforms to execute and monitor HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee data maintenance. 
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). 
  • Actively engaged in learning and applying concepts related to system setup, cross-platform integration, and process documentation. 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
