Description Overview
Perrigo Company is looking for QA Training Coordinator. This role manages training curricula for both new employees and existing staff within the Quality Assurance/Quality Services department, working to ensure the entire staff is cGMP compliant.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are 2 positions available. The schedule for this position is 4 x 10hr days. One will be Monday - Thursday and the other will be Tuesday – Friday. On average, the hours will be 0600 – 1600 with flexibility as required to meet business demands on the various shifts. This role will be based in Plant 5, but will have responsibilities in multiple Plants at Perrigo Michigan and will require travel between them.
Scope of the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to working within the online learning management system to audit and maintain training curriculum with a focus on continuous improvement, monitoring individual training activities, managing weekly and monthly reporting requirements, providing feedback to leadership and helping to ensure the overall success of the quality training system.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of pharmaceutical quality experience preferred
- Understanding of FDA requirements and cGMP guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks and to change priorities to meet shifting deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational processes and proper documentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with proven problem-solving ability and good interpersonal skills.
