Description Overview

 

The HRIS Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SuccessFactors system to support the organization's HR and talent management functions. This role will involve collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the SuccessFactors platform.

Scope of the Role

 

1. SuccessFactors System Implementations and Management:
- Oversee the overall maintenance of the SuccessFactors system.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet the organization's HR and talent management requirements.

- Manage regular refresh activities

-Manage regular release activities, working with SAP SF team, AMS partner and business to ensure thorough testing, and plan for new functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and vendors as needed.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Process Optimization and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements within SuccessFactors.
- Design and implement system enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage data integration from various HR systems into SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics dashboards, providing meaningful insights to HR and management.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business needs.

4. Training and Support:
- Provide end-user training and support on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for HR and end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues.

5. Project Management:
- Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.

Experience Required

 

- Bachelor's degree in HR Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS system administration in SuccessFactors - REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting - REQUIRED
- Experience in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Proficient in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- HR certifications and SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
