Perrigo is the 5th largest OTC Medicinal organisation globally, with big plans in place to capitalise and expand on robust growth in our Australia & New Zealand business. We have a position open for a customer focused Demand and Supply planner working with great brands. Our portfolio is made up with the likes of Tiger Balm, Herron, Lucas Papaw Remedies and Compeed.

As the Demand and Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for the demand plan for Australia and New Zealand, as well as ensuring products are delivered on time to meet this plan. We are very ambitious to bring the Supply Chain to the next level, so continuous improvement plays an important role within this position. You will have the opportunity to develop strong collaborative cross functional relationships both internally across multiple functions within Perrigo and externally with suppliers, both within Australia and overseas.

You will be part of a small, dynamic, close knit Australian team, working for a business which is the fastest growing within OTC and with ambitious plans to double the size of the business in the next 5 years.

Scope of the Role

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Demand Planning
• • Drive relationships with commercial team to understand key customer demand driving activities.
  • Complete sales vs forecast analysis to help support forecast review process.
  • Utilise multiple data sources to support demand planning process.
  • Monitor NPD launch performance.
  • Review the PowerBi Forecast Error reports, perform analytical tasks and root cause analysis to support forecast accuracy improvements.
  • Present key demand changes and rationale at the monthly S&OP meeting.

• Supply Planning

• • Respond to demand plan by ensuring supply of products to meet healthy inventory levels.
  • Provide forecasts and POs to suppliers, including co-packers, to support demand/supply plans.
  • Communicate supply risks and assist management of customer order allocation plans.
  • Identify and communicate risk with excess or short dated stock to support action plans to mitigate risk.

Experience Required

• To be successful in this role we are ideally looking for someone with the following experience:

• • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in demand planning/VRP/sales analyst role.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of FMCG category.
  • Experience in S&OP processes, preparing and analysing reports.
  •  
  • Ability to drive collaborative relationships with sales and marketing teams.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, effective time management to meet deadlines and ability to adapt and prioritise.
