Description Overview

Our Sales Representative will act as an integral member of the sales team by ensuring the achievement of company’s objectives. Promoting the company’s products and image in Bucuresti (Sector 2) an Ilfov countries. 

Scope of the Role

  • Coordinate sales and promoting activities in pharmacies in allocated area in order to achieve plans in accordance with the company’s policy;
  • Regularly visits pharmacies and distributors to obtain feedback by following the procedures;
  • Establish professional relationships with partners, clients, distributors, etc.;
  • Propose action plans to increase sales/improve business performance in allocated area;
  • Perform any other requirements given by the hierarchical superior in achieving the company’s short-term strategies within the limits of company’s rules and local legislation;
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge as company’s requirements; 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience Required

  • Higher education 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry - is an advantage
  • Experience in sales – mandatory
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel: mandatory
  • Communication, negotiation and understanding of customer needs
  • Orientation towards the client/results
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Goal oriented person
  • Driving license category B
