Description Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Professional to join the team in Bucharest - this is a 12-18month fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the brand’s presence in the market, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the brand P&L. You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive & support execution excellence in market This role requires deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.
Scope of the Role
Deliver Business Goals & implement Brand Marketing Strategy
- Support on the required annual, quarterly & monthly business cycle requirements for the brand
Develop Best in Class In Market Activation Plans
- Support NPD launches s for the brand in the market, leveraging Central success model and adapting to local requirements in partnership with Regulatory, CS&I and market lead.
- Develop omnichannel activation plans in market aligned with overall business goals, and global guidelines in partner with CS&I, Category leads and local media agency
Develop Local Brand Success Model
- Track campaign performance and metrics, analyze results and optimize plans for continuous improvement based on global guidelines while input and shared back local learnings with central teams
- Drive test & learn across touch points setting up clear KPIs and timing clarity to take learning & amplify
- Support local IMEX monthly meeting, sharing plans to win for the category and identifying help needed to enable the category in market
Support category market analysis & performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback.
- Track competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage brand budget ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future activities & campaigns
- Support collaboration with Central teams to update on performances and inform om competitive activities
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years in roles within CPG or Consumer Health.
- Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in working in cross functional teams.
- Strong preference for experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade funds management and comprehensive planning processes like S&OP and Stage Gate.
- Expertise in enhancing forecast models, segmentation frameworks, sales incentives, pricing strategies, and reporting tools to drive channel strategy execution
