Description Overview

We are seeking experienced Account Management professionals to join the Perrigo Commercial Team based at  our Budapest office . The role is a permanent full time position offering hybrid working pattern.


Scope of the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will  report to the National Account Manager, and your main areas of responsibility are to:

  • Lead our business at selected pharmacy chains and mass market - being an owner of your own business and having day-to-day contacts with your customers
  • Negotiate the yearly contract between customer and Perrigo
  • Hold regular & yearly negotiation meetings with customers
  • Develop Customer’s Business Plans and objectives
  • Prepare & present regular business reviews with Local & CEE Leadership Team
  • Leverage Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to Perrigo’s initiative planning
  • Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. prepare files and necessity data for new contract, volume forecasting, customer reports, budgets tracking etc.)
  • Manage sales spending: contract trade terms and promotional investments
  • Continuous focus on identifying opportunities, profitability and improvement of categories
  • Analyzing key data: sell-out data, turnover, listing, promotional plans
  • Preparation of sales forecast

Experience Required

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager and preferably 5+ years of experience in the OTC/ FMCG industry, ideally in sales for a branded goods manufacturer 
  • Experience in negotiating, understanding negotiating techniques in sales
  • Ability to create value, find customer insights and execute
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
  • Very good self-organizational skills and ability to deliver work on time
  • Experience in trade marketing or category management is a plus
  • Valid driver's license (active driver)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • MS Office
