Description Overview

This position is responsible for operational analysis and researching, evaluating and making recommendations for improvements to compensation and benefits to meet organizational objectives, remain legally compliant and align to market trends.  Working with HRBPs, Total Rewards Center of Excellence, Payroll and People Solutions to ensure smooth implementation of new or modified benefits or compensation programs across relevant businesses/sites.

Scope of the Role

CSCI Total Rewards:

  • Partnering with the COE and HRBP’s to deliver total rewards analysis and support of mobility, local immigration, and employee movement globally to help achieve business objectives.  Help support complex changes to terms and conditions of employment.  
  • Support multi-national pooling for CSCI insured benefits through the centralization of operational analysis for renewal support, census reports, invoice coordination, local communciations related to renewals, and ensuring the HR Library is updated accordingly.
  • Ensuring our local sales teams are supported through the company cars and sales allowance benefits.  Maintian proper records of this data and assist with preparing reports and ongoing analysis for COE and local HR teams.  Inventory the company car process and coordinate how this data can be managed through Success Factors.
  • Partnering with the COE to research, evaluate and develop proposals for new or improved benefit and compensation program offerings to help attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement and administer Benefit Plan and Compensation program offerings.
  • Partnering with COE to complete assigned annual salary surveys for CSCI.
  • Partner with ELC and local HR on total rewards scope for countries transitioning to the People Solutions HR operations model as part of the phase III migration.

 

Global Total Rewards Analysis:

  • Support the annual merit cycle and benefit renewals through system testing, responding and providing guidance to ECSC ticket queries, and troubleshooting analysis to ensure correct compensation plan and target assignments.
  • Advise people leaders and employees on individual queries relating to benefits or compensation, including statutory and enhanced leave benefits, bonuses and pensions, mobility, etc.
  • Participate in quarterly audits of compensation and benefit data elements in Success Factors and help drive necessary corrections or updates.
  • Influence and coach people leaders and their employees by providing operations and solutions within Total Rewards/People Solutions processes and methodolgies.
  • Provide administrative support of Long-Term Incentive Plan program including processing and reporting of grants and vestings.  Assist with data gathering for public disclosures (Proxy), ad-hoc analysis and data audits.  

 

Compliance:

  • Insuring compliance around global pension regulations, immigration laws, and other areas impacted by Compensation and Benefits.
  • Global support of changes to terms and conditions of employment, internal offers, and people movement
  • Participate in and support analysis for any required local compliance testing  

Experience Required

  • Third Level Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources or Total Rewards experience is preferred
  • A strong proficiency in Excel is essenital for success in this role - ideally 2-3 years experience with advanced formulas
  • Self-starter, strong communicator, influential and collaborative
  • Highly organised, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work
