Description Overview

 

We are excited to be recruiting for an Financial Analyst / Management Accountant to join our Integrated Business Planning Finance team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business performance across Perrigo.

 

The role involves month-end reporting and accrual preparation together with Adhoc reporting and analysis. You will work as part of an experienced team who are responsible for reporting on our central Supply Chain entity and supporting our Operations and Supply Chain teams, enabling leadership to make operational decisions through Collaboration, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools.

Scope of the Role

 

  • Manage the monthly PSCI P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Business partner for Supply Chain leadership to provide guidance on setting budgets and analysing and explaining results
  • Analysis and reporting of operational & commercial gross margin variances (COGS/Freight/PPV/SSSO/POV) versus budget / forecast
  • Participate in the quarterly forecast and annual budgets for Perrigo’s Consumer Self Care International (CSCI) segment
  • Presentation of the PSCI consolidated results for the periodic monthly business review
  • Provide support to the relevant Business partners within Perrigo in terms of analysis and Ad Hoc queries
  • Ability to build system reporting models which help to support regular analysis
  • Implement and track KPI’s to support management reporting and partner with the business to drive efficiency
  • Support Supply Chain and Procurement monthly reviews including Cost Centre Analysis, working through on query resolution.
  • Operate under limited day-to-day supervision as they are expected to be leaders, problem solvers, and follow through on their daily activities in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision

Experience Required

 

  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with experience in a business, financial, or SAP environment preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced excel skills required
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI (data preparation, data warehousing, data visualization projects and automatization of reports), advantageous but not essential
  • Experience using SAP, advantageous but not essential
  • Results orientated, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Be detailed-oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and independent individual who can serve as a business partner and a team player
