Description Overview

FP&A Analyst – Global Procurement

 

We are excited to be recruiting for a FP&A Analyst - Global Procurement to join our team based at our International HQ in Dublin. This role is critical to supporting the evolution of our Procurement Finance function.

 

This role will sit within Procurement Finance and have a direct reporting line to the Senior Manager FP&A Procurement.

 

You will work as part of a team who are central to Perrigo delivering on our vision (consumer trust), commercial targets and strategic advantage.

Scope of the Role

 

  • Partner with Procurement to provide financial insight and challenge on supplier negotiations, category strategies, and sourcing decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize procurement KPIs, spend analytics, supplier performance, and savings tracking.
  • Participate in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for the Procurement Finance Function.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modelling processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing drivers of unexpected variance.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of Procurement spend and savings projects.
  • Act as Procurement Finance Business Partner in the following areas:
    • Engaging with Finance and Operations teams to align Procurement & Finance objectives and facilitate informed business decisions.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are streamlined and executed efficiently.
    • Providing detailed support and analysis to Perrigo Sourcing teams.
  • Analyse and communicate key drivers of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) to management.
  • Prepare procurement-related accruals and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain SAP vendor pricing and procurement data management.

Experience Required

  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modelling skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI (data preparation, data warehousing, data visualization projects and automatization of reports), advantageous but not essential.
  • Results orientated, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Be detailed-oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and independent individual who can serve as a business partner and a team player.
