Senior Brand Manager

We’re hiring a talented Senior Brand Manager who will lead the strategy and activation of key brands within the Perrigo Ireland business, and take a lead role on marketing within the Irish business, working closely with UK and corporate marketing teams.

Perrigo is one of Ireland’s largest Self Care Companies, growing exponentially over the last 10 years and both an exciting and diverse place to work, with Dublin as our Global Head-office. The portfolio includes Solpa-Extra, Bronchostop, NiQuitin, Nytol, Lyclear, Jungle Formula and Compeed, many of which are no1 brands in their respective categories in Ireland.

Scope of the Role

This role’s key responsibilities include:

• Building compelling insight-driven brand plans to drive long term growth across key strategic portfolios and brands within the market
• Work cross functionally with corporate, UK and Ireland shopper marketing, category, sales, regulatory teams and external agencies in the development and execution of insight-driven marketing activity and campaigns including instore point of sale, online & ATL media plans
• Extensive pipeline and NPD ideation and management through stage gate process
• Effective brand performance tracking against business targets
• P&L management and ownership including budgeting, forecasting for long term brand ambitions
• Regular exposure to the Perrigo Management Team and Corporate Team

Experience Required

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a marketer, preferably from a FMCG or Healthcare background, with 4-5 years minimum experience and:

• Education from preferably a Business or Marketing discipline
• Strong 4P management
• Competent P&L understanding and management experience
• Experience of analysing complex data and using that to make relevant strategic recommendations
• Experience working with agencies (media, creative) and executing ATL campaigns
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Keen team player in a truly values based business
