We are in the midst of a supply chain evolution and are working hard to improve our processes and maximise category potential. To achieve our goal, we are recruiting a dedicated Integrated Planner to join our Planning Team based at our International Headquarters in Dublin. 

 

We operate a blended hybrid work approach with a minimum of three office-based days per week.  

This position will suit a supply chain professional who is seeking a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference. 

 

As the Integrated Supply Planner you will be the interface between Supply Planning, Market & Vendors.  

This position reports to the Integrated Supply Manager and will collaborate closely with multiple functions across our organisation. 

At Perrigo, our planning operations team is an integral, valued part of our business! Without the important work undertaken by the team our leading self-care products such as Solpadeine, NiQuitin, Nytol, and Bronchostop would not be so readily available to consumers!

Scope of the Role

 

  • Primary point of contact with several internal & external suppliers on day-to-day supply topics 
  • Responsible for internal and external customer service level & inventory replenishment 
  • Understand supplier challenges and responsible for communication of potential shortages 
  • Working closely with Perrigo and supplier quality teams to understand and communicate quality concerns potentially impacting supply 
  • Provides intelligence around demand changes and understands supply capacity to make informed short to mid-term decisions 
  • Ensure internal and external suppliers have visibility of mid to long term forecast 
  • Leads and or assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals 
  • Assists with strategic planning, participates in continuous improvement, and leads projects for the supply chain function 
  • Provides Supply Chain (demand and supply) input and project support as part of a wider multi-functional team outlining the impact of strategic and commercial decisions has on day-to-day operations 
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining operating parameters within planning systems 
  • Liaise with logistic suppliers, booking transport for collection of good at supplier if required 
  • Work to resolve all issues raised by the markets & vendors, escalating for support if needed 
  • Provide relevant reporting & documents to the suppliers and customers 
  • Support product setup, Masterdata updates to planning systems 

Experience Required

 

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field) 
  • Experience in process improvement, leading and facilitating projects with a record of successful implementation  
  • Expertise in Demand and or Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools; Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office 
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills required 
  • Strong numeric, data / analytical, financial and organisational skills 
  • Experience with MRP planning tools and techniques 
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally (Preferred); FMCG experience (Preferred)  
  • SAP IBP Proficient – (Preferred)
