We are now looking for an ambitious and energetic Product Specialist that will work in close cooperation with the local Therapy Area Manager and Nordic Medicated Skincare team, driving sales growth in Finland through increased prescription rates by doctors. The role is about 60% field based,  the field days are spent visiting and training doctors and participating in fairs and congresses. For 40% of the role is office based, located in Espoo at our office. Employment will start beginning of August.

Scope of the Role

In the role of Product Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness and sales of our fast-growing ACO basic creams among doctors, especially dermatologists and pediatricians.


This includes
•    Developing strategies and plans regarding segmentation and targeting with HCPs (specialists, GPs and nurses)
•    Gaining and retaining strong relationships with relevant key opinion leaders to support future growth
•    Managing and executing marketing communications activities, e.g., mailings, fair and congress participation 
•    Developing and executing annual plan for training GPs and nurses on our products
•    Developing a long-term strategical accelerate plan for emollients and in cooperation with all internal stakeholders driving business to maximize sales
•    Find solutions on situations hindering sales success both short and long-term
•    Ensuring that actions executed meet customer needs and support the overall business strategy
•    Boosting sales of ACO Sun, Physiomer and Plackers via creating recommendation in specialist visits and fairs

Experience Required

•    Previous experience within sales from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the field of dermatology
•    Fluent in Finnish and good skills in English (English is the official corporate language)
•    Relevant academic degree
•    Commercial awareness and business understanding
•    Ability to travel on a regular basis
•    Knowledge and existing network in the field of dermatology is highly appreciated
