We are excited to hire an Account Manager within our pharmacy channel to join our sales team in Belgium. In this role, you will build relationships with customers in the Kempen region. This is your chance to join an enthusiastic and dedicated team and contribute to Perrigo's success!
You are prefarably located in the Kempen region and you are working remote.
Scope of the Role
As a pharmaceutical sales representative, you will be responsible for the sales results as well as for increasing our market share in the pharmacies located in the Kempen region. We expect you to build trusting relationships with pharmacists in your sector, promote our brands and help pharmacists support our products.
- You are an expert in our product range
- You demonstrate perfect organization skills, manage your schedule based on predefined coverage parameters and visit frequencies in your region
- You build strong relationships with pharmacists and their teams and motivate them to recommend the Perrigo range to their customers
- You analyze your sales results (sell-in, sell-out) to understand what it takes to meet sales targets
- You evaluate pharmacy performance and take action to drive sales growth
- You scout for new business opportunities to grow your region
- You share ideas and best practices in team and company meetings and brainstorm new concepts
- you will report to the Field Sales Manager and attend training to improve your skills and meet your goals
Experience Required
- You already have some sales experience and a strong affinity with the pharmaceutical sector
- You have excellent sales skills and you are organizationally strong
- You are results-oriented and punctual
- Commercial goals motivate you every day
- You are able to work independently and possess the necessary assertiveness
- You communicate fluently and have the power to convince others
- You adapt your communication style to your audience and respect different cultures and opinion
- You do not hesitate to express and defend your point of view in a respectful way
- Dutch is your mother tongue, knowledge of French and English is a big plus
- You are bursting with energy and motivation
- You are eager to work in the Kempen region
- You are in possession of a driving license
