Description Overview

The Associate Project Manager for Oral Care Conversions will develop, manage, and execute defined project schedules to lead cross-functional teams through the project life cycle.

Scope of the Role

Responsible for the implementation of conversions and related processes using SAP and Oral Care Conversion Tracker
Corporate collaboration throughout the business (i.e. Procurement, Sales, Regulatory Affairs Marketing, Graphics, etc.) is a key element to ensure alignment cross-functionally with PEM – Product Evolution Management
Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously
Manages change; resolves or escalates project issues
Analyzing, managing, and leading a non-standard change in a project and taking required action to support change
Participates in communications with all stakeholders by reporting the progress at regular agreed intervals to the Program Manager
Manages and records performance metrics, prepares statistical and management reports for leaders, and completes necessary documentation.
Manages Inventory Disposition process for Product and Customer conversions and discontinuations for Oral Care

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business or 3-4 years of Perrigo experience or equivalent business-related experience required
3-4 years’ experience with SAP or another ERP is strongly preferred
Internal Perrigo supply chain or operational experience is preferred
Computer software proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
