Description Overview

We are currently looking for a Global Compliance & Privacy Analyst to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI.

 

The Global Compliance & Privacy Analyst supports activities related to the implementation and maintenance of Perrigo’s compliance and Privacy Programs.  These activities include planning, trainings, assessments, data collection, monitoring, and other varied activities.  This active program and engaged culture minimize the risk for the organization.

Scope of the Role

Support the Privacy Program operational activities including but not limited to:

  • Engage with cross-functional, global stakeholders to embrace and champion an enterprise-wide culture where Privacy by Design is the standard
  • Assist with the completion of business team (e.g., marketing, HR) privacy requests

 

 

 

Support the Combined Compliance & Privacy Program operational activities:

  • Support the development, coordination, and execution of training and awareness programs for compliance of data privacy initiatives
  • Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures, communications and other documentation related to privacy and compliance requirements

 

 

Support the Compliance Program operational activities including but not limited to:

  • Engage with cross-functional, global stakeholders to embrace and champion an enterprise-wide culture where Compliance by Design is the standard
  • Assist with the completion of consumer and business-related requests and investigations

 

Experience Required

  • Typically, these skills are acquired with a BA/BS degree or equivalent along with 4 years business experience.  Industry related experience preferred (in Compliance/Privacy, or experience in the Consumer products or pharmaceutical industries)
  • Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.  English required.  Multiple languages a plus
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter, hands-on and ability to manage complexity and multitasking
  • Ability to deal with different types of people, departments, backgrounds, cultures and regions
  • Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or equivalent
  • Prior experience with OneTrust is preferred
