Description Overview

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager with Canadian marketing environment and infant nutrition category experience to join our Perrigo Marketing Team in Grand Rapids, MI.

As the Marketing Manager, Baby Club, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive Baby Club CRM program for our Canadian infant formula business that maximizes acquisition & fosters strong relationships with our consumers. Your expertise in lifecycle marketing will enable you to craft personalized customer journeys that resonate with families at every stage. You will lead the charge in scaling our CRM efforts for the Infant Nutrition business, establishing a seamless cross-channel integration to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience.  The position requires a candidate that is a strategic-thinker, self-starter, and has a results-oriented entrepreneurial mindset. Scope of the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic CRM program for the Baby Club, focusing on reach, acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Ensure cross-channel integration, coordinating with internal teams and 3rd party vendors across email, direct mail, SMS, social media, web, call centre, medical and in-store channels to create a cohesive and seamless customer experience across the Consumer Decision Journey. 
  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns that address the unique needs and preferences of families at various stages of their journey.
  • Analyze and leverage customer data to inform strategies, personalize interactions, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Baby Club program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and to leverage synergies across different markets and channels.
  • Owns and oversees the Baby Club/CRM calendar and the orchestrion of all consumer engagement timelines and ensuring alignment with total brand plans.    
  • Proactively monitor and report out CRM performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data insights to continually optimize CRM content, timing, and strategies for maximum consumer conversion, engagement and advocacy.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Baby Club CRM program, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Typically 6+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing, with a proven track record in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and the ability to develop strategies that drive customer reach, acquisition, conversion, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing integration, with the ability to orchestrate cohesive campaigns across various touchpoints.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to inform strategies and measure success.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a knack for driving projects to completion and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Innovative thinker that challenges the status quo and drives the business towards continuous improvement.  Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Understanding of how to translate consumer journeys into CRM engagement (Direct Mail, Email, SMS, website, etc.)
