Description Overview

Are you ready to make a measurable impact and help shape the financial future of a dynamic business? We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in planning, forecasting, and reporting all list-to-net trade spending for our North America business. This is an opportunity for a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and values continuous learning and improvement.

As a key contributor, you’ll leverage your financial expertise to transform data into actionable insights, craft compelling narratives for forecasts and budgets, and drive reporting innovation through tools like Power BI, BPC, and Analysis for Office (AO). Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, enhance visibility, and support multiple business partners across the organization.

Scope of the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for customer/program-driven list-to-net trade spending, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance reporting.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver visibility, accountability, and actionable insights into list-to-net spending.
  • Support performance updates by preparing and consolidating monthly and quarterly reviews using BPC and AO.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities by developing queries, templates, and dashboards in Power BI, and collaborating with IT for continuous improvements.
  • Drive process optimization, including implementing globally harmonized general ledger utilization for list-to-net spending.
  • Identify margin improvement opportunities through increased visibility and strategic analysis.
  • Collaborate on balance sheet management, ensuring alignment between spending recognition and forecasts.

Experience Required

What You Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Analysis for Office.
  • Strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment with a commitment to delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally with FP&A exposure in a large company setting.
