Description Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Network Analyst to join our Working Systems, focused on building the processes and routines that drive consistency, service, and agility across the end-to-end supply chain. This role will play a critical part in mapping and standardizing supply chain processes, enabling teams through robust leader standard work, and improving inventory performance with a strong lens on service and obsolescence risk.
This is a hybrid position working 3 days onsite at our Grand Rapids office and 2 days working remotely.
Scope of the Role
- Process Mapping & SOP Standardization:
Document and harmonize key supply chain processes across the CSCA organization, establishing clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Enablement through Working Systems:
Design and support Leader Standard Work routines to improve execution discipline and capability building across Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing interfaces. - Service & Inventory Management:
Partner with Planning and Operations to monitor key service and inventory KPIs, helping identify gaps and implement system fixes to improve customer fill and reduce working capital. - Network Transformation Support:
Provide analytical support to network optimization efforts (e.g., flow redesign, site consolidation) through scenario modeling and cross-functional coordination. - Performance Management Routines:
Maintain dashboards and tools to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; drive visibility and follow-up on key actions.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong process thinking and documentation skills; experience with SOP creation or IWS a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of service level drivers, inventory dynamics, and risk mitigation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional teams.
