Description Overview

This is an exciting role managing the day-to -day marketing activities of the team and mid/long term marketing strategy  including product development, portfolio management, market studies and 360 degrees marketing activities.

Scope of the Role

Management of Sebamed Baby, Predictor, Paranit, Vectavir, Gvyna, Wartner brands under their responsibility to achieve company objectives.

  • Managing brand strategy and brand positioning in short and long term to meet brand objectives.
  • Plan innovative growth strategies (product innovation, commercial, communication) aligned with company objectives
  • Lead the brand’s launch and re-launch processes by cross functional approach
  • Manage all brand ATL / BTL activities respecting the budget and deadline
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs in product development, packaging and communication tools
  • Control the brand’s marketing budget, responsible from brand P&L and necessary action plans
  • Plan and supervise the media planning and buying processes
  • Manage the communication with brand’s third party and agencies such as PR agency, digital agency, creative agency, and media agency for delivering the brand plans on time with maximum performance
  • Define and ensure the execution of the communication elements (both in the media and at the point of sale) established in Marketing Plan
  • Collect information from the market regarding brands and competition, follow market trends
  • Analyze market shares and market growth very closely by analyzes such as Nielsen / IMS and by market visits for decision making
  • Ensure development of the direct reports
  • Prepare brand product training materials for sales team and doctor detailing
  • Organize/ monitor various events such as trade fairs / conferences/ sales launch meetings/ press conferences
  • Take active role in all internal / external stakeholders relation management
  • Carry out and / or coordinate quantitative and / or qualitative market statistical analysis and consumer research
  • Forecast analysis (Demand Forecast)
  • Define and propose strategical actions for Marketing Plan
  • Analysis the impact on sales of marketing actions and consensus with the commercial area in the sales estimate

Experience Required

  • University degree
  • English Advanced
  • Experience 2- 3years (OTC, FMCG, Dermo cosmetic)
  • Microsoft Office Advanced
  • Knowledge digital marketing
  • Knowledge analysis of market data (IMS, Nielsen…)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strategic vision & decision making
  • Good team-worker.
