Description Overview

We are looking for a qualified Content Manager to join our team at Perrigo! The role as Content Manager in the Medicated Skincare and OTC business unit is new which gives you an exciting opportunity to shape how we work with content marketing. You will be responsible for leading the creation of engaging content and influencer marketing for our market leading brands for dry skin (Canoderm and Miniderm) and OTC (Nezeril, Physiomer and Plackers) in the Nordic markets.

 

We are looking for someone with a true passion for digital, experience of leading external agencies and creating qualitative digital content, and with graphic design skills. Together with our Nordic marketing team, you will be a key resource in building our digital presence where you will take on both a strategic but also an operational role. The position will be placed in our Nordic Headquarter in Kista reporting to Group Brand Manager Medicated Skincare & OTC.

Scope of the Role

  • Develop content strategy & road map for taking our priority brands to the next level, build and manage our content calendar in close collaboration with brand teams and external agencies.
  • Lead briefing of external agencies for production and content creation across channels in partnership with marketing team – responsible from ideation to delivery.
  • Ensure that all activities and content are engaging and in line with our brand positioning & tone of voice as well as aligned with our business targets.
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns for key brands across the Nordics.
  • Measure & analyze campaigns for ROI reporting and continuous learning and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with digital development and industry best practice, monitoring competitors’ activities and proactively generate new ideas to improve our KPI performance.
  • When applicable, create and edit visual content including imagery, video content, artwork, and web pages in line with the brand look & feel.

Experience Required

  • At least 3+ year of relevant working experience with a degree in communication or similar.
  • Experience of project leading online and offline content creation from either in-house productions, or preferably from external agency productions.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator with graphic designing experience.
  • A strong commercial understanding with experience in campaign testing and optimization. 
  • A passion for the creative process and an entrepreneurial mind-set, taking own initiatives, with a curiosity to try new things.
  • Digitally savvy and familiar with digital metrics, a genuine interest to keep updated with the latest digital trends.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (company language is English).
  • Other Nordic languages are an advantage.
