Description Overview
Scope of the Role
Vi söker nu en sommarvikarie till vårt logistikteam i Kista, Stockholm. Som logistikkoordinator kommer du se till att våra fantastiska produkter (ACO, Canoderm, Miniderm och Nezeril för att nämna några) når våra kunder. En vanlig dag tar du emot kundorder, registrerar dessa i vårt affärssystem samt ser till att dessa kommer till vår lagerpartner för vidare hantering och skeppning. Du hanterar även alla frågor som kan uppstå kring dessa leveranser och har kontakt med våra kunder och vår logistikpartner alla dagar i veckan. Då detta är en roll där du har många kontakter ser vi gärna att du trivs som bäst när du får interagera med, samt ge service åt, andra. Vidare ser vi gärna att du är en noggrann person som har lätt för att lära dig nya IT-system.
Huvuduppgifter:
• Primär logistikkontakt för våra kunder (till exempel Apoteket AB, Apotek Hjärtat, Apotea, o.s.v.)
• Daglig kundorderhantering och kommunikation
• Säkra korrekta lagernivåer i vårt affärssystem SAP
• Hantera avvikelser och problemlösning
Experience Required
Vi söker dig som:
• Studerar på Universitet/Högskola – helst inom ekonomi eller logistik men inget krav
• Är positiv och serviceinriktad
• Är bra på att kommunicera i tal och skrift
• Är noggrann och har lätt för att lära dig nya IT-system
