Description Overview
This newly established role represents Perrigo’s commitment to building capability and delivering consistent out-performance through the Commercial Strategy & Execution function.
The Commercial Strategy & RGM Lead will be a key position operating across multi-functional teams.
The role is designed to enhance strategic planning, strengthen DVRP execution and drive in-market results, whilst stewarding our sustainable earnings model.
Scope of the Role
Commercial Strategy:
- Ownership for defining where to play & how to win by leading the organisation to execute against your Category Success Models & DVRP Guidelines for your categories across the Cluster.
Revenue Growth:
- Leading team to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade investment optimisation by developing tools, processes and consistent reporting across the business.
- Ownership for embedding RGM principles across the business, focused on leveraging our 5x Levers to drive profitable growth.
Driving Outperformance:
- Responsible for setting business goals & priorities in annual planning, keeping the category, customer & shopper at the heart of what we do.
- Partnering with multi-functional teams to deliver our commitments through the monthly operating cycle.
Leadership & Development:
- Enable the performance and nurture the development of Perrigo’s top talent within your Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Management team.
- Contribute to our overall culture as a prominent leader within the Cluster.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years in Consumer Goods (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, etc.), with strong commercial experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Category Development or RGM.
- Proven P&L ownership with track record of achieving targets through collaboration and delivering results by leading through others.Strong managerial experience with success in coaching & developing talent.
- This role is London based and will require some travel (approx. 10-15%).
