Description Overview

 

Perrigo Oral Healthcare is a fast-growing business unit with an exciting portfolio of our own brand products, private label customers and an innovation pipeline to fuel our growth in the UK, EU, MEA and APAC regions. We need a commercially savvy and proactive Sales Support Executive to partner with our UK colleagues and customers.

Scope of the Role

 

  • To own and be responsible for accurate and timely completion of all internal and external customer sales admin processes.
  • To own and be responsible for accurate and timely completion of all internal and external sales reporting processes and reports to include external customer sales data, internal sales data and category trackers. The role holder should be familiar with all customer sales portals and able to optimise intelligence to the business to support sales and category development.
  • To work closely with the sales & commercial teams in capturing and analysing data from store audits, sales performance, competitor analysis etc. To assist in developing customer knowledge, interpreting results and supplying insight to enable recommendations with regard to commercial opportunities, and product developments.
  • To assist with the preparation of commercial proposals; to include assisting in preparation of costings, samples and presentations at the request of the business.
  • To work closely with the sales team to maintain accurate records of customer and product commercial details ensuring accuracy in pricing, coding and logistics detail; ensure accuracy and robustness of commercial details throughout the business and alignment with all customers.
  • To work closely & liaise with internal colleagues in the efficient execution and on time delivery of all customer projects from a sales administration perspective. To maintain an overview of current / pending customer sales initiatives and to work closely with the sales team to ensure optimal delivery.  
  • To collaborate with internal departments (Technical, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing) and external customers (Buying Administrators) via regular communication to ensure efficient execution of the sales administration process.

Experience Required

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a sales function in a consumer goods organisation, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
