Description Overview

We are currently looking for a Go To Market Leader (Director) for Global Skin Healing to join our team in team in Morristown, NJ or Grand Rapids, MI.  Remote locations can also be considered.

 

The Go To Market leader will be responsible for taking our Skin Healing Strategies and translating to winning strategies and execution that show up on customer shelves and with shoppers.  This role reports to the leader of Global Skin Healing.

Scope of the Role

  1. Lead development of the category growth vision and business success model
  2. Lead commercial strategic input into innovation plans from insight to execution
  3. Define winning Skin Healing in-store strategy
  4. Build capability across the Americas and International customer community

  • Organizational Agility & ability to work effectively in matrix organization: Knows how the organization works; gets things done through formal channels and informal networks.
  • "Omni-Channel" Business Acumen:  Understands the complex external environment and internal workings and constantly adapts framework for solving business challenges with the evolution of the landscape.

Experience Required

  • Typically, these skills are acquired with a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of increasing responsibility within Consumer Goods or the Consumer Health industry as well as 5 years of experience in sales, business planning, trade marketing or relevant roles leading teams.
  • Experience within Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales Teams.
  • Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs.
  • Ideally experience with international scope.
  • Ability to create vision, strategies and operationalize delivery to deliver company goals and win externally with customers.
  • Proven ability to translate sales data and business intelligence into insights informing the development of sales strategies.
  • Some international travel, to Europe, will be required.  Travel within the US to see top customers and to the US HQ in Grand Rapids, MI.
