Scope of the Role


  • Be the Senior Digital Manager of a selected category, bringing digital knowledge while coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of key areas of digital marketing.
  • Propose and challenge the strategy and planning in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, VOD, and display campaigns.
  • Take ownership of website management to ensure the best user experience.
  • Measure KPIs, report on the performance of digital activities, and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage projects and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Possess product owner capabilities.
  • Actively collaborate with countries across Europe.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, services, and devices, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Understand offline and online channels to drive business.

Experience Required


  • Desirable University degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communication), studies in digital marketing is a plus.  
  • Ideally +6 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and digital brands. 
  • Knowledge and experience on content creation (social media, website, retailers…) 
  • Owned channels management experience
  • Digital media knowledge. 
  • Digital technology understanding (website, APPs, CRM, mail marketing)
  • Experience/knowledge e-commerce is a plus. 
  • Advance English
  • Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time 
  • Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, and local teams.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial minded, creative, forward thinking, innovative, flexibility and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to own projects and assume responsibility without handholding.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
  • Business understanding.
  • A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking
