Start your temporary position as KAM for one of Norway’s pharmacy chains before transitioning into CS&I Manager Norway, being our strategic liaison on new product development, market analysis and market communication in cooperation with Nordic HQ. Working as KAM & CS&I manager for Norway you will play a vital part in driving the business towards profitable growth, pushing the sales and market agenda throughout the organization. We believe that you have strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset, coupled with an ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
This role is based at our office in Nydalen, Oslo , and reports to Nordic Lead CS&I and Norwegian Country Manager.
Scope of the Role
Push the business towards continuous, profitable growth by:
• KAM: Learn the ways of doing business with one of Norway's pharmacy chains.
CS&I
• Being responsible for both physical and e-commerce commercial initiatives.
• Being responsible for Norwegian category data and category analysis to extract insights and create commercial and NPD initiatives to be translated into measurable building blocks.
• Leading the commercial input for existing brands and NPDs in the initiative management process,
• Creating and validating the go-to-market strategy for relevant categories and initiatives, including deployment of sales fundamentals targets.
• Analyze and document e-com initiative performance, ROI & incrementality.
• Develop and validate e-com sales fundamentals, translating these into clear go to market tactics and strategies.
• Ensure seamless sync between digital sales and marketing activities.
• Follow up on all marketing communication activities in close collaboration with the Nordic Brand team.
• Analyzing sales performance to understand and adapt commercial tactics and sales fundamental targets.
• Tracking of sales fundamentals (Distibution, Price, share of shelf, share of SKU, secondary placement) for relevant categories, and development of plans to improve. Analyze in store and e-store activity to understand return on investment to improve future activity.
Experience Required
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Min. 3-4 years working experience.
- Experience from key account management, brand management or consultancy required.
- Proven track record of business leadership and project management skills.
- Proven track record of market data analysis.
- Proven track record of working with digital initiatives and e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in analysis and excel
- Analytical, with keen understanding of the drivers of a consumer goods/retail business.
- Leveraging business understanding and consumer insights through external market data.
- Strategic capability; challenging status quo and proactively recommending business building ideas.
- Strong ability to coach and influence people.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is necessary
