Description Overview

As the In-Store Activation Manager BeNeLux (CS&I), you are responsible for driving best-in-class execution of in-store activation plans across pharmacy, mass market, and e-commerce channels. You will lead the development and deployment of impactful point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensure flawless execution at the point of purchase. Reporting to the Head of CS&I BeNeLux, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the category CS&I team as well as external agencies to bring commercial strategies to life in-store and online.

Scope of the Role

  • Translate Business Priorities
  • Turn commercial goals into actionable in-store activation plans
  • Ensure POS materials drive visibility, conversion, and sales across all channels
  • Develop & Manage POS Materials
  • Create tailored POS tools for pharmacy, mass market, and e-commerce
  • Align delivery with key selling cycles and collaborate for high-quality execution
  • Drive Execution Excellence
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to activate plans across categories
  • Lead Perfect Store implementation by channel and customer
  • Build Capability & Foster Collaboration
  • Share best practices within CS&I
  • Support team development and cross-functional alignment for seamless execution

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health environments
  • Background in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales
  • Proven experience in developing and executing POS materials and in-store activations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
