Oce Bio, also called the  Green Division of Perrigo, is a business unit of Perrigo with a plant-based product portfolio focusing on natural OTC. Oce Bio has commercial activities in several European countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal). We are an omni-channel business with customers in various channels : drugstore, E-com, retail, organic/bio stores,  para-pharmacy, pharmacy, … Besides our own brands (Bional, Fytostar, Dexsil), Oce Bio also operates several distributionships (Floradix (Salus), Herbatint )in the Benelux.

Perrigo/Oce Bio is an organization with a dynamic, transparent and fast-paced atmosphere, characterized by an entrepreneurial and cooperative culture. The function of Key Account Manager – OCE BIO is responsible to implement & develop the Oce Bio commercial- & brand strategy at multiple stakeholders in the Netherlands & Belgium : drugstore (AS Watson, Etos, NDS), wholesalers, E-com, … . The work location is Rotterdam, the Netherlands  (including the flexibility to work from home).

Scope of the Role

  • In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong professional relationships with important and growing customers to understand their needs and objectives and offer solutions to their business activities. You easily identify key opportunities for the customer and you are not afraid to take initiatives or propose new ideas.
  • Negotiate, develop and execute the business plans for the assigned customers with clear objectives and strategies to drive revenue and maximize market share.
  • Organize business review with your customers and define necessary action points if needed. Take ownership internally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking and analyzing customer evolution to ensure flawless execution of your business plan, Sell-in/Sell-out analyzes, market share evolution, ROI analysis. 
  • Active participation in internal processes, such as budget follow-up, monthly landing exercises, forecast reviews, and business team meetings, will ensure transparency and success.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience (min 4 years) in a Sales Professional role within the consumer business (FMCG/Retail) environment.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • You know how to build and manage solid business plans.
  • You are customer-focused and know how to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills: analyze in depth, understand the figures and draw up targeted action plans.
  • A result-oriented mindset drives your actions. You have a strong sense of urgency and accountability, ensuring that objectives are met and targets are achieved.
  • You are a flexible and agile person with a winners mentality.
  • You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
  • You are a team player, enjoying to work in close collaboration with your sales colleagues and cross functional with all Perrigo departments.
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • You live within travelling distance from Rotterdam and Belgium.
