As the Senior VMS Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our VMS (Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements) brands such as Davitamon Benelux and connect with the next generation of consumers. As you will be part of the Benelux marketing team and joining the South-West Perrigo cluster, you will find an international environment which allows you to connect and work together with both local as international marketing colleagues but also other departments such as Media & Digital, Trade marketing (CS&I), Sales or Regulatory Affairs. You need to have a willingness to travel between the Dutch office (Rotterdam) and the Belgian office (Ghent) according to business needs.
 

Scope of the Role

  • Brand Strategy: Help building and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and consumer loyalty
  • Brand Identity: Maintaining the brand's overall image, tone, and personality. Ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, including advertising campaigns, social media, website, and packaging
  • HCP strategy: growing our Davitamon brand with a professional strategy towards midwives and child birth care Product Launches: Planning and executing successful product launches
  • Marketing Campaigns: Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns together with the media & digital team and agencies
  • Market Analysis: Utilizing centrally lead market research and consumer insights to understand target audiences, their needs, preferences, and behaviors. Applying these insights to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics that resonate with consumers
  • Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Tracking expenses, analyzing costs, and providing regular reports to senior management
  • Performance Tracking: Tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics, such as market share, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and discuss strategies with the Central team to enhance brand performance
     

Experience Required

  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG or OTC marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Relevant education, university degree required
  • Proven experience with product innovation & NPD processes, business marketing, P&L management
  • Proven experience with brand and advertising strategies, asset productions and media planning
  • Native Dutch & very good English language skills. French is an added value
  • Experience in leading projects involving cross functional, international collaborations in a corporate environment
