Scope of the Role

This role is a central building stone of our eCommerce Team - as such the new Amazon KAM DACH will successfully manage the following responsibilities: 


• Own the relationship with Amazon Vendor Management & AVS Teams. 
• Outgrow market dynamics in Germany and future Amazon marketplaces within DACH.
• Manage consolidated Amazon P&L and ensure perfect online execution to meet Perrigo’s underlying Sales, Volume, Price and Margin targets. 
• Deliver Commercial & Promotional Excellence across DACH, by handling yearly negotiations and optimizing promo levels.  
• Ensure Profitable Customer Growth, by improving GM% / optimizing Gross to Net / reshuffling Trade Terms for performance and scoring successful Net price Realizations with the support of Central Teams. 
• Build a long-term profitable Customer relationship – by switching focus from immediate NetPPM into longer term Contribution margin optimization strategies. 
• Own format management and assortment strategies to drive channel differentiation, reduce cross channel conflicts, fill gaps in consumer demand, test new innovative SKUs and improve both Amazon contribution margin and our Price Mix. 
• Jointly with our Senior Digital Performance Manager and our Brand Leads, use AMS & DSP investments tactically and build winning plans to boost Top line, Market Share, NTB penetration, Share of Voice and incremental Conversion - while massifying key innovation launches and key promotional Tier 1 events. 
• Articulate the key supply chain needs of Amazon to build logistics programs and reduce our Cost To Serve Amazon and associated Chargebacks. 
• Analyze eCommerce data (Financials, Stackline insights and Vendor Central intelligence) to  identify new growth and category penetration opportunities. 
• Demonstrate thought leadership by defining new standards and delivering impeccable Key Account Management. 
• Hold presentations with senior management as part of business reviews and customer meetings. 
• Enforce omnichannel development, while aligning strategies with other channels.
 

Experience Required

• 5+ Years’ experience in Amazon retail key account management
• Fluent German & English - Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
• Deep understanding of Amazon’s business model and organization
• Strong track record in delivering top-line and profit results
• Strong customer management skills and bias for business development
• Expert in Negotiation techniques, Gross To net Optimization and Trade Term optimization
• Brand, Consumer and Customer centric
• A flexible and professional attitude and a team player
