Description Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created Continuous Improvement Analyst to join Perrigo Business Services in our new office in Mokotow. In this role, you will play a key part in:
- Supporting Perrigo in it’s Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Supporting management in driving the process and performance management agenda.
- Working alongside service delivery teams to help them identify, assess and monitor through implementation any process improvement idea.
- Cooperating with delivery teams to help ensure performance is properly measured, tracked and monitored.
Scope of the Role
- Contribute to the promotion of a continuous improvement culture and mindset across the organization. Develop training programs and workshops to build capabilities for continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and run KPI’s and measurable results capturing efficiency programs;
- Help to implement strategies for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the organization.
- Work actively with Service Delivery Teams - across the R2R, P2P, C2C and Cash and Working Capital towers - to identify opportunities for process improvement and further standardization and harmonization; evaluate processes and identify risks.
- Be a champion in driving for Automation and usage of AI and related capabilities.
- Participate in GPO (Global Process Owner) meetings to review enhancements and process improvements.
- Report and deliver the improvements.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement, continuous improvement in a Shared Services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Technical proficiency:
- Data Handling and Analysis/system Integration knowledge
- Machine learning and AI techniques familiarity
- R and Python programming language capability
- Analytical and continuous Process improvement mindset, creation of dashboards.
- Fluent in English - Polish and additional European languages an asset
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration cross-functional with different departments and stakeholders to prioritize improvement initiatives
- Customer Focused, improvement oriented, and self - motivated.
