Description Overview

This role helps drive customer loyalty and achievement of the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering exceptional customer fulfillment and enhancing the customer experience.


The Customer Service Specialist serves as the key supply chain contact for both internal and external customers for the overall management of customer orders including order capture, order management and improving the customer experience.

 

Scope of the Role

  • Creation of transactions in SAP correct in accounting and substantive terms – sales invoices and corrections ( completion of the necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations )
  • Email and telephone contact with business customers in the scope of orders / complaints 
  • Contact with the internal customer – other departments of the company, especially from the department of Finance and Sales, Quality
  • Contact with the logistics operator to monitor the correctness, timeliness of orders, complaints
  • Implementation of other processes resulting from the specifics of the work of the Customer Service Department (reporting; analysis of transaction compliance with commercial conditions / contracts / implementation of improvements)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Experience Required

  • This role requires experience in customer service and/or order management preferably from Consumer Self-Care, FMCG industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM and order entry systems (with reference to SAP)
  • Understanding of supply chain and order management processes
