Description Overview
The Indirect Procurement Coordinator will act as a key operational support within the Indirect Procurement function, ensuring smooth execution of procurement activities across multiple indirect categories. This role will also serve as a back-up to the Travel Operations Specialist and contribute to supplier onboarding, compliance, contract administration, and reporting. The position supports Perrigo’s strategic procurement goals by enabling efficiency and compliance across procurement operations
Scope of the Role
- Provide operational support to the Travel Operations Specialist, including coverage during absences.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and Vendor set up processes and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems.
- Assist with mobile and fleet procurement administrative activities.
- Respond to internal stakeholder queries and resolve procurement-related incidents.
- Monitor vendor performance and support cost management initiatives.
- Spend reporting and analytics
Experience Required
- Completion of college education (A-Level equivalent or higher); degree in Business, Materials Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or related operational roles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP compliance expectations
- Fluency in English
