Description Overview

Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales and revenue goals! As our Logistics Specialist you'll ensure reliable and cost-efficient processes across the market. Collaborate with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organizations on logistics, stock management, and master data. You'll also maintain strong 3PL relationships to achieve cost-effective service level targets.

  • This role helps to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations through-out the market.
  • Role works collaboratively with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply related topics including Logistics, Stock Management, Master Data.
  • The role is responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships and ensure cost effective Service Level target.

 

We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role

  • Managing Product Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitoring stock availability and aligning inventory between Perrigo systems and 3PL partners.
  • Leading periodic stock counts and ensuring proper reconciliation.
  • Overseeing 3PL performance, including warehousing, freight, and co-packing activities.
  • Driving cost-saving initiatives and controlling monthly logistics costs in line with SLAs.
  • Supporting external reporting requirements (e.g., GS1 data pools, recycling systems, Intrastat).
  • Executing regular supply chain routines:
    • Weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) projections and root cause analysis.
    • Weekly control of unreleased batches.
    • Monthly review of 3PL costs (storage, handling, transport, co-packing).
  • Implementing best practices from the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Acting as the main contact for the SC & Ops Market Manager on stock projections, availability, and OOS issues.

Experience Required

  • Proven expertise in Logistics and 3PL-Management, with a successful track record and deep understanding of the field.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain area.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including SAP (mandatory), Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP IBP (advantageous).
  • Experience in 3PL-Management, focusing on cost and productivity optimization.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, persuasion, and effective presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to provide actionable and well-supported recommendations.
