Description Overview

Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales and revenue goals! As our Logistics Specialist you'll ensure reliable and cost-efficient processes across the market. Collaborate with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organizations on logistics, stock management, and master data. You'll also maintain strong 3PL relationships to achieve cost-effective service level targets.

  • This role helps to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations through-out the market.
  • Role works collaboratively with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply related topics including Logistics, Stock Management, Master Data.
  • The role is responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships and ensure cost effective Service Level target.

 

We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role

  • Monitoring stock availability and aligning inventory between Perrigo systems and 3PL partners.
  • Cooperation with 3PL on regular activities – warehousing, co-packing, transport, optimization initiatives
  • Cooperation with Central Supply Chain Functions on product availability and escalations
  • Managing Product Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitoring stock availability and aligning inventory between Perrigo systems and 3PL partners.
  • Supporting periodic stock counts and ensuring proper reconciliation.
  • Supporting external reporting requirements (e.g., GS1 data pools, recycling systems, Intrastat).
  • Implementing best practices from the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain area.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including SAP (mandatory), Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP IBP (advantageous).
  • Experience in 3PL-Management.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to provide actionable and well-supported recommendations.
