Description Overview

 

The Analyst develops and automates Quality Power BI dashboards and semantic models to provide timely, accurate visibility into Corporate and local Quality KPIs. This role enables the Quality Metric Review (QMR) process and leadership decision‑making through standardized, executive‑ready analytics and scalable local Quality dashboards used to trend performance across the organization.

 

This is a Hybrid 1st Shift position

Scope of the Role

 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Corporate Quality KPIs (e.g., deviations, CAPA, training, audits).
  • Automate data ingestion and transformation from SQL Server and other enterprise sources.
  • Design and maintain separate, reusable semantic models to support scalable Quality reporting.
  • Create and optimize Power Query and DAX calculations to ensure accurate KPIs and trend analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Corporate Quality standards.
  • Partner with Quality SMEs and leadership to support QMR reporting and ad‑hoc analyses.

Experience Required

 

  • University degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience required; GMP-regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, including data models and report design
  • Advanced Power Query (M)
  • Advanced DAX
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-site groups at all levels of organization, including Executives.
  • Highly self-directed; able to determine priorities, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and execute work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, including building consensus and handling interpersonal conflict.
