Description Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager, HR Technology & Enablement to lead our HR technology initiatives & team. This role is crucial in driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and innovation of HR technology solutions to enhance our HR operations and employee experience.
Scope of the Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with the overall business objectives and future growth plans, partnering with key HR leaders & stakeholders.
- Manage operational budget for HR Enablement & Technology department and solution portfolio (supporting all HR disciplines including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, Case management, Knowledge Management, Electronic Record Management)
- Translate business objectives and/or problematic into functional requirements and collaborate with relevant partners and vendors to translate these further into technical specifications.
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, integration, upgrade and continuous improvement of advanced HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant platforms, in partnership with key stakeholders, partners and vendors
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within HR functions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance and other departments to ensure seamless technology adoption, integration, and support.
- Oversee the management, integrity, and security of HR data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal performance, value, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain advanced HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
- Lead, coach and mentor the HR Enablement & Technology team (HR analysts)
- Stay current on HR technology and trends, bringing new ideas to HR
Experience Required
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in HR technology systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics tools.
- Proven leadership and project management skills (complex projects) with the ability to drive change, influence stakeholders (across multiple functions and geographies), and lead cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
- Previous experience with vendor management and negotiations preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical thinking & problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent customer service skills
