Description Overview
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Sr eCommerce Manager with Amazon 1P/3P marketplace experience to join our Amazon Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Perrigo Store Brand businesses across OTC, Nutrition, and Oral Care. The ideal candidate must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central (Seller Central is a plus), a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, and a proven ability to optimize how we take our products to market in partnership with Amazon.
Scope of the Role
- Strategic Planning with the Business Unit teams to develop and deliver enterprise-level business strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal Amazon Business teams build strategic partnerships and business drivers (Pricing, Promotions, Incentives, Merchandising, Pricing, Seasonal, Innovation)
- Revenue Growth analyzing current trends and insights to drive revenue growth to delivery plan:
- Sales & Margin - Leads development of objectives and implements strategies to achieve sales plan in the categories for which they are responsible at Amazon
- Price Management - Responsible for executing all Price Management activities at Amazon
- Cross-Functional Collaboration partnering with finance, pricing/trade, supply and operations on all Amazon initiatives within broader company objectives
- Analytics and Track performance, constantly looking for ways to improve the consumer experience
- Present results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to business stakeholders
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Use data to make informed decisions and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Inventory Management: Coordinating with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment

Minor Duties / Responsibilities:
- Listing management and optimization: Manage the creation and optimization of all listings including creative, copy, titles, backend keywords, and A+ / enhanced brand content
- Account Health management: Manage all inbound notifications and messages, prepare high quality and accurate responses, manage escalation internally and with various Amazon stakeholders, be the expert on Amazon policy, and continuously look for ways to maintain fully compliant and robust account health
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis to identify market opportunities and threats
- Promotions: Manage promotional execution for all sales periods and help Perrigo achieve consistently exceptional promotional performance
- Systems: Explore, test, and manage Amazon operational tools, features, and updates to ensure that Perrigo is aware of and using the most up to date tools and features available
- Growth: Support in managing on-site experience, back-end catalog, product creation, marketing initiatives, promotional calendar, and product development process
- Cross-Functional: Works with data/analyst team to integrate all available data to:
- Create pricing/promotional models to drive volume
- Develop long term sales forecasts and demand plans
- Identify product opportunities
- Reporting: Own the design, development, and maintenance of marketing metrics, dashboards, and reports across the businesses
Experience Required
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in data analysis, e-commerce, retail operations, or a related field.
- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in the marketplace.
- Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience utilizes tools like Stackline, Pacvue, Profitero and Helium 10 to track consumer behavior, search trends, and category level data.
- Strong technical acumen and data-driven mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Strong desire and track record working in a team environment.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy and high response to deadlines/timelines.
