Description Overview
In this role you will work as a Warehouse Operative covering Goods Inbound, Despatch functions and issuing materials to production as required and any other Warehouse activity as tasked daily by immediate supervision.
Scope of the Role
- Receive, put away, issue, store and despatch materials in line with Good Distribution Practice, supported by laid down procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure hat no benchmark job is undertaken until all training has been incorporated.
- Work within the Health & Safety Guidelines and report any defects found in both equipment and stock.
- Esure that all electrically operated material handling equipment is charged as required together with recording battery top up.
- Use material handling equipment safety.
- Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time in order to support the Perrigo business.
Experience Required
- No formal qualification required, training will be given on jobs needed to be covered.
- Knowledge of Company warehouse systems.
- Qualified forklift driver.
