Description Overview

As the Senior FP&A Analyst within the Central and East Cluster, you will play a key role in supporting the cluster and market leadership teams by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This position is essential in enabling data‑driven decision‑making, working closely with Finance Business Partners and leveraging advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and EPM. You will report directly to the Cluster FP&A Manager.

Scope of the Role

  • Prepare monthly reports — Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly management reports, including key financial indicators and variance analysis.

  • Support forecasting — Assist in preparing and consolidating financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and standardized assumptions.

  • Participate in month‑end close — Support the monthly closing process in collaboration with the Accounting Service Center to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

  • Coordinate planning cycles — Coordinate and prepare cluster Long Range Planning, budgets, and forecasts for P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex, working closely with Market Finance Business Partners to ensure timely submissions and consistent central assumptions.

  • Manage financial data — Manage and reconcile data from multiple sources (ERP systems, Excel models, databases) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

  • Support R&O reporting — Support Risks & Opportunities reporting using EPM and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with Finance BPs — Work closely with Market Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate, timely submissions aligned with central guidelines.

  • Drive IBP rollout — Play a key role in developing tools, reporting, and analysis to support the rollout of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the cluster.

  • Enhance Power BI dashboards — Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize financial performance and KPIs.

  • Promote digital tools — Promote the use of digital tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.

  • Provide strategic insights — Partner with the Finance Director and cluster leadership to deliver data‑driven insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree — Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years’ experience — 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

  • Power BI proficiency — Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query), Microsoft Excel, and financial planning tools such as EPM, SAP, or Oracle.

  • Data integration experience — Experience working with and integrating multiple data sources for reporting and analysis.

  • Analytical skills — Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Communication & collaboration — Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams, markets, and regions.

  • Matrix organization experience — Experience working effectively within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Industry experience — Experience in the Consumer Health or FMCG industry is considered a plus.

  • Fluent English skills — Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across functions and geographies.
