Description Overview
Within the Human Resources department, reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the local and Corporate expertise teams (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Social Relations, Training and Development, Talent Acquisition). The HRBP & Training Lead acts as the main business partner for the scope he/she will be responsible for – in order to contribute to the business strategy :
• Responsible for the deployment and implementation of the company’s HR poicilies
• Participates in the implementation of best practices and operational excellence in human resources throughout the company, in partnership with the group or any other stakeholder,
• Drive and deploy the HR strategy
• Participates in the steering of training activities in close collaboration with HR Manager & HR Officer.
• Promotes the PERRIGO culture among the various departments and stakeholders by enhancing our values & behaviors, and a culture of feedback.
Scope of the Role
Being HR Business Partner for Support Function HRA/LPF entities :
In close collaboration with HR Team on a specific scope (Support functions for HRA & LPF entites) and the centers of expertise (People Solutions, Talent Acquisition and Labor Relations).
- Being the business partner to support managers in understanding human resources issues and in developing their teams,
- Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition division, and in the integration of new employees
- Support managers in the deployment and implementation of performance management cycles, talent reviews and succession plans,
- Being the referent of our compensation policy across function by giving consistency guidelines and drive compensation process.
- Manage Individual files with Managers (performance management, disciplinary... ) and according to the topics addressed,
- Ensure our HR French legal obligations for Managers located in France or across CSCI by communicating, following and advising them on process, risk, benefits, etc.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with the HR Manager to meet collective challenges and objectives (Onboarding, Employer Brand, Perrigo Culture, RPS, Loyalty and Talent Retention, etc.).
Being Training Lead for all entities (HRA, LPF and Cosmediet).
Contribute to the definition of our training plan
- Define the training needs collection process and build the training plan for the year
- Coordinate the implementation of the training plan with the NOOS service provider: reporting, compliance with the calendar
- Monitor the budget allocated to training: Optimize the means of financing the various training schemes, put together financing dossiers with the OPCO
Manage communication and projects in Training
- Contribute to the roll-out of new Group values in collaboration with HR Manager: Behavior Core Values
- Participate in monthly HR Learning meetings and relay Group initiatives
- Co-host internal workshops according to priorities HR strategies (feedback)
- Reflect on development HR & Training projects: Management Program, Mentoring Program, Co-development, digital learning, lunch & learn and other cross-functional themes relating to well-being at work
Internal communications & Company Events:
- Coordinate Perrigo France communications & Events: Townhall, Social events, HR Conference/Meeting
- Leads the year's highlights and organizes company events (e.g. children's day, end-of-year party, chandeleur, galette des rois, don du sang, Octobre rose, 20km de Paris, mois de la cohésion, journée de la femme, cadeaux fin année, semaine de la QVT, semaine du Handicap)
Experience Required
- Masters degree in Human Resources (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position is required
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Knowledge of human resources practices, labor law and training and development
- Analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative approaches to solve problems
