Description Overview
Reporting to the South-West FP&A Lead, this role is responsible for delivering high quality management reporting, driving the forecasting and budgeting processes at market level, and ensuring strong alignment with business stakeholders and the Finance Business Partner. The position plays a key role in leveraging the forecasting tool and consolidating results into cluster-level reporting.
Scope of the Role
Reporting to the South-West FP&A Lead, this role is responsible for delivering high quality management reporting, driving the forecasting and budgeting processes at market level, and ensuring strong alignment with business stakeholders and the Finance Business Partner. The position plays a key role in leveraging the forecasting tool and consolidating results into cluster-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Management Reporting — Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management reports, including analytical reviews and statistical accounts, ensuring standardization across the market.
Closing Activities — Support the monthly close process in collaboration with the Perrigo Business Service Center, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.
Rolling Forecast — Contribute to the monthly rolling forecast, ensuring alignment with SIOP, accurate valuation in the EPM/Adaptive tool, and timely publication for internal reporting.
Budget & Flex Cycles — Participate in market-level P&L budgeting and flexing cycles, working closely with the Finance Business Partner to meet deadlines and apply central assumptions.
EPM & Reporting Expertise — Act as a subject-matter expert on the EPM tool and Power BI reporting within the cluster.
Cluster Collaboration — Work closely with the Cluster FP&A team to support shared objectives, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-market projects.
Experience Required
Qualifications & Profile:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
6+ years’ experience in Finance role, FP&A or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and precision
Experience in a large corporate environment is an advantage
Experience in financial audit is an plus
IT literate: SAP, expert Excel, BI tools, Workday Adaptive Planning
Language: English + local market language
