As a crucial member of the consumer experience team, your mission is to contribute to developing and nurturing deep, long term consumer connections, engagement, purchase where applicable and brand love by leading the holistic consumer experience strategy across selected, priority digital touchpoints (websites/platforms, digital media across programmatic, social, search).  

Your role is to lead the implementation of digital platform strategies of the newly created skincare business within Perrigo based on a clear understanding of the ever-evolving digital space and consumer expectations.  You will drive new consumer experiences, powered by digital and data to seamlessly connect them across moments and touchpoints, and add value to consumers beyond the product to drive profitable growth.

Scope of the Role

Global Channel/Platform Strategy
•    Defining the digital consumer journey and priority touchpoints with a clear understanding of their role and jobs to be done.
•    Creating global guidance for how the strategy should be delivered in the channels/platform for which your leading.
•    Ensuring the strategies are well-connected to the overall CDJ and desired brand experience 


Global Channel/Platform Implementation 
•    Responsible for the development of market start-up toolkits including resource guidelines, assets and KPI’s to integrate into Consumer Journeys and Connections Strategies by Brand
•    Assure successful implementation with support to local priority markets.
•    Build and evolve best in class consumer experiences via platforms including supporting to local teams for implementation to improve consumer experience.
•    Data Driven Approach: Analyze, report and communicate on KPIs  to identify areas of opportunity/new features that will enhance consumer experience
•    Contribute to the data and technology strategy used to monitor the health of Customer Ecosystem and elevate the experience at each step of the consumer journey
•    Work collaboratively within in the marketing skincare organization to deliver holistic consumer experience planning, activation, measurement and reporting
•    Work closely within the Perrigo digital community to elevate learnings and best practices. 


Digital Culture
•    Create a digital marketing culture throughout the skincare team globally and locally
•    Identify and use every appropriate opportunity to communicate a consistent and compelling digital message, and build close and collaborative ways of working internally with other Global marketing departments, and with Local teams
•    Build a strong external digital partner network with agencies and thought leaders to complement internal digital capabilities

Experience Required

•    5 -10  years experience (at least 5 years experience in digital roles)
•    Educated to degree level
•    Fluent in English
•    Experience in working with paid media & technical platform knowledge a strong plus
•    Experience in building websites/consumer experiences – product management is a plus
•    Experience of driving digital transformation in organizations with speed and agility
•    Working in multinational/complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
•    Demonstrable experience of driving actionable digital plans to achieve successful outcomes
•    Experience in cross-functional engagement.
