Description Overview

We are currently seeking a Document Systems Coordinator to manage the facility’s documentation program and ensure the conformance, sustainability, and continuous improvement of the Document Control program.
This role supports the facility in the creation, revision, issuance, control, and maintenance of controlled documents related to the manufacture of products at the site. The Document Systems Coordinator also oversees all other controlled documents required by the Quality, Food Safety, Safety, and Environmental Management teams.
Scope of the Role
- Maintain compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement of the Document Control program
- Support the facility in creating, revising, issuing, controlling, and maintaining controlled documents
- Oversee controlled documents required by Quality, Food Safety, Safety, and Environmental programs
- Facilitate the document review and approval process to ensure reviews are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and maintain document templates to ensure alignment with company formatting standards
- Identify and implement technological solutions to improve document management processes, as available
- Manage periodic document reviews, change controls, and document lifecycle activities
- Coach users and conduct training related to Document Control procedures and systems
- Engage with Perrigo Work System (PWS) and support the Quality pillar
Experience Required
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills for document creation and management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments within the facility
- Demonstrate good documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
