Description Overview

 

As the Regional Supply Chain Analytics Lead for Perrigo's USA operations, you will play a vital role in transforming the company's regional supply chain decision-making processes. You'll manage a team of analysts tasked with transforming data and developing analytics reports and dashboards. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the project management and execution of analytics projects follows the Operating Model for delivery and assist the team with administration, communication, organization, and task prioritization for their assigned projects. You will have a strong business sense and aid the team with understanding and incorporating business knowledge into the analytics output. With strong analytical expertise and an eye for CSCI-specific trends, you'll help the organization make data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Reports To: Director of Supply Chain Digitalization & Analytics

Scope of the Role

 

  • Regional Team Management: Support and ensure team members’ quality performance in the execution of analytics projects. Coach and develop professional capabilities and growth.
  • Project and Portfolio Management: Drive value through the timely and successful delivery of analytics projects. Ensure team follows Operating Model standards and processes for project management and related communications. Maintain project scope and schedules, mitigate and manage project risk, and perform pre- and post-project assessments. Manage and prioritize entire portfolio of analytics projects for CSCI.
  • Analytics Insights and Action: Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify opportunities for supply chain and operations improvements within CSCI. Proactively share findings and translate insights to drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and cost reduction.
  • IBP Integration: Lead the integration of advanced analytics methodologies and tools into the CSCI Supply Chain's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Optimize demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Process and Decision Support: Collaborate with operations and procurement to incorporate analytics-driven decision-making across the supply chain and operations. Provide insightful analysis for strategic procurement initiatives, supplier performance monitoring, and network optimization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain strong communication and collaboration channels with the Global Supply Chain Analytics Practice Lead to ensure regional solutions align with the global strategy. Proactively report on findings and progress for the US region.

Experience Required

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain/finance analytics, with a clear focus on supply chain planning, IBP, procurement, or operations.
  • Expert Power BI Analyst/Developer.
  • Some People Management experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience working within a multi-site or complex regional supply chain environment

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

 

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics techniques, data architecture, data engineering.
  • Experience with IBP process analysis and optimization.
  • Expertise with leading supply chain optimization tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
