Description Overview
We are looking for a Digital Manager based in Ghent, working in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). The Digital Manager supports the execution of digital consumer experience initiatives for assigned brands or categories across key digital channels, including websites, media, social media, and retailer platforms. This role collaborates closely with category teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and consistent digital content that strengthens consumer experiences and enhances category activation effectiveness.
Scope of the Role
1. Digital Execution & Category Support

Execute digital activities for assigned brands/categories, ensuring a consistent, consumer‑centric experience across websites, retailer PDPs, and digital shelf environments.

Turn briefs and guidelines into concrete daily actions that drive category goals.

Track progress and ensure on‑time delivery to maximize category impact.

Gather and prioritize requests from categories and clusters to support strategic execution.
2. Digital Experience & Content

Partner with category teams to deliver digital toolkits across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Support the execution of formats and touchpoints optimized for each platform and consumer‑journey stage.

Deliver high‑quality digital shelf content (titles, claims, imagery, enhanced content, video, ratings & reviews) to boost discoverability and conversion.

Contribute to scalable content frameworks and toolkits for consistent, compliant, and high‑quality asset deployment.

Support website execution, including UX/UI, content quality, governance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring continuous optimization.

Manage daily content deployment: uploads, formatting, tagging, approvals, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Collaboration & Digital Measurement

Work with category teams, agencies, and analytics partners to gather inputs for digital performance tracking.

Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely data for dashboards and reports.

Support performance reviews by compiling data, identifying gaps, and contributing to optimization discussions.

Help interpret digital performance data and provide insights that support category objectives.
Experience Required
-
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; digital‑marketing studies are a plus.

Around three years of marketing experience, including at least two years in digital roles.

Hands‑on experience supporting digital content across channels such as websites, social media, or retailer platforms.

Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and digital brands.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams and agencies.

Experience supporting content creation and implementation.

Basic familiarity with analytics tools, CMS platforms, or other digital systems.

Exposure to test‑and‑learn approaches in digital environments, including AI.

Consumer‑focused mindset, with the ability to understand needs and support strong category experiences.

Digital fluency, with a solid understanding of platforms, tools, and the broader digital ecosystem.

Analytical thinking, able to interpret basic performance data and identify opportunities.

Content excellence, ensuring clear, accurate, and compelling digital storytelling.

Proactive and entrepreneurial approach, creative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
